There are three levels of accreditation:

  1. The Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, conferred by the National Speakers Association and the International Federation for Professional Speakers, is an international measure of professional platform skill.  Only a handful of speakers in New Zealand have been awarded the CSP.

  2. An Accredited Professional Speaker will speak regularly to a variety of audiences, and have testimonials from several satisfied clients. Many work throughout New Zealand, and overseas, and earn a significant amount of income from speaking.
    .
  3. Accredited Speaking Members of the NSANZ can use the letters ASM after their name.   To be accredited they will have provided NSANZ with a dozen letters from satisfied clients, and have submitted a video to the assessment panel which shows them speaking to a professional standard.
